Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Roamo mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Roamo Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Roamo is a mobile application that provides walking route recommendations, navigation services, and location-based information for exploring landmarks and points of interest. Our services include:

• Curated walking routes through cities and landmarks
• GPS navigation and offline map downloads
• Community-generated content and reviews
• Photo spot recommendations and sharing features
• Personal route tracking and statistics

Roamo currently does not require users to create accounts or register. All features are available without registration.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload or share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our permission

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE: Walking and outdoor activities involve inherent risks. By using Roamo, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with walking activities, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury, property damage, or death
• Weather conditions and environmental hazards
• Traffic, construction, and urban dangers
• Inaccurate or outdated route information
• GPS and navigation errors

You are solely responsible for your safety and should always use common sense, follow local laws, and be aware of your surroundings while using the App.

Our Content: All content provided by Roamo, including routes, maps, text, graphics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

User Content: You retain ownership of content you create or upload. By sharing content through the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the App.

Third-Party Content: Some content may be provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of third-party content.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

DISCLAIMER: THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

We may suspend or restrict access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved in the courts of California.
